LET ME TASTE YOU

An old picture I painted anew for the Before and After Meme: (after *mushroomtale posted so many inspiring ones)

The character is a very old OC of mine, Rudra. He kind of came back to my thoughts by the end of last year and so I thought it would be nice to have a new illustration for him.

It's always a delight to paint bigger pictures (this one is A4) after a long period of only drawing smaller work. I had a lot of fun with this and I really like how the colors came out in the end. There are also some things I don't like so much but okay, that's always the case. The spider was the hardest part to draw. I'm scared of spiders and before I painted this picture I looked at different photos of spiders to understand how to draw them. Photos are sometimes already enough to give me the creeps....haha XD.

Maybe I'll write more later but for now I'm pretty tired.
